Yogurt pastry (stuffed with plum jam)

 

✏️Recipe:

  • 200 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 100 ml of yogurt
  • 1 large spoonful of sugar
  • 1 large spoon of salt
  • 1 large spoon of yeast
  • 1 pastry bag
  • 700 gr of flour

Preparation:

Put yeast, sugar, a spoonful of flour in warm milk and water, mix and let it rise for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add oil, yogurt, salt, baking powder and add flour until you knead a fine and smooth dough.
Leave the dough to rise, then transfer it to a floured surface and divide it into 10 parts.
Shape each part nicely into a ball. Leave the balls aside, cover them with transparent foil and roll them out one by one. Leave them in the pan for 20 minutes, brush them with milk, then bake them at 200 degrees until they are golden brown for about 20 minutes
You can sprinkle the baked goods with powdered sugar,
