✏️Recipe:
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 3 large spoons of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml cup)
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 pastry bag
Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar, milk, oil, then finally flour, crackers and a pinch of salt. Mix the mixture well so that there are no lumps.
Pour the mixture with a ladle, and bake the waffles. The baking time depends on how much you want them to brown. Remove the baked waffles to a plate and cover with a cloth while you prepare the others. From this amount of mixture, I get 10 pieces.
You can serve them ready with nutella or other cream as desired, jam, fruit, honey, ground plasma, oreos…
