Recipe:
- 300 g of ground biscuits
- 2 spoons of powdered sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 160 ml of milk
For the cream:
- 400 ml of sweet cream
- 200 g of cream cheese
- 6 spoons of powdered sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 whipping cream of vanilla
Ganache:
- 100 ml of sweet cream
- 100 g of cooking chocolate
Preparation:
Add sugar, melted butter, and milk to the ground biscuit. Mix the mixture well and press it into a 24 cm mold.
Preparation of the cream:
Mix cheese with powdered sugar, add sweet cream and mix into stiff whipped cream.
2 Whip the cream with 200 ml of milk.
Combine the cream (sweet cream and cheese) with the whipped cream.
Combine with a spoon.
Put the cream over the base and leave it in the fridge while you prepare the ganache.
Heat the sweet cream until almost boiling, then add the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts.
Pour the ganache over the cream.
For decoration, I used 1 whipped cream mixed with 100 ml of mineral water.
Refrigerate, preferably overnight, and enjoy the delicious dessert.
