Ingredients:

- 3 eggs
- 150 g of flour
- 50g Ground Plasma
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 100g Ground Plasma
- 10g of cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Step
Melt the margarine in a saucepan and add water and a pinch of salt. When it becomes hot, add the flour, and after a minute the Ground Plasma (it is easier to add two or three times, and mix quickly until the dough becomes compact).

Cool well so that the eggs do not cook due to the heat in the dough. Then, adding the egg one by one, beat the dough. Transfer it to a training bag with a metal attachment and determine the size as desired.

Heat the oil and gently fry on a heat of 7 out of 9 and put it on a napkin that will collect the excess oil.

Roll the churros in a mixture of Plasma, sugar and cinnamon. In addition, melt the chocolates of your choice, cream or caramel, for dipping and add more Ground Plasma on the side for complete enjoyment.
