Sweet salami

 

❄️Recipe:

  • 300 g of ground plasma or some other biscuit
  • 100 g of greens (cut into small pieces)
  • 6 pieces of chocolate bananas (also cut)
  • A small bag of small plasma biscuits, break them into small pieces (35 gr)
  • 200 ml of sweet cream
  • 5 spoons of sugar
  • 40 g of butter or margarine
  • 150 g of cooking chocolate

❄️Preparation:

Put the sweet cream with sugar in a saucepan and let it heat up, then add the butter and chocolate, mix until they melt completely. When the mixture has become uniform, melt the chocolate and butter, remove the saucepan from the heat, then combine with the biscuit to which you have added the greens, bananas and plasma biscuits. Mix the mixture and separate it into 2 parts (you will get 2 smaller salamis) and put it in aluminum foil, wrap it and make it into a salami shape and close it nicely on the side like a candy.
Leave to cool for several hours, it is best to leave overnight. When the salami has cooled, remove the foil and roll the salami in ground sugar or ground plasma.
