✏️Recipe:
- 1 liter of milk
- 4 vanilla puddings
- 250 g of sugar
- 200 g of butter
- 150 g of ground plasma
- 120 g of coconut
- 170 g of ground walnuts
- 200 ml of sweet cream
Preparation:
Separate 200 ml from a liter of milk, add sugar, pudding and mix. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, then add the milk with the pudding and sugar and cook the pudding. Cover the pudding with cling film and leave to cool. After the pudding has cooled down (I couldn’t wait, it was warm and nothing bad happened) add butter softened at room temperature, then mix. Divide the mixture into 3 parts. Add plasma to one part, coconut to the second and walnuts to the third.
Press the plasma mixture into a size 24 mold, then the coconut mixture over it and finally the walnut mixture. Mix the sweet cream and spread over the walnut mixture. Sprinkle with ground plasma and leave to cool, preferably overnight.
