Raspberry stracatela cake

 

✏️Recipe:

  • 300 gr of ground plasma
  • 100 g of melted butter
  • 160 ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Phil:

  • 250 g of abc cheese
  • 6 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 400 ml of sweet cream
  • 100 g of grated milk chocolate
  • 150 g of raspberries

Ganaz:

  • 100 ml of sweet cream
  • 100 gr of milk chocolate

Preparation:

Combine the plasma, sugar, butter and milk in one container, then smooth the mixture nicely and press it into a 24 cm mold

Then prepare the cream:

Mix the cheese with powdered sugar, then add 400 ml of sweet cream and mix until stiff.
Divide the mixture into two parts. Put the grated chocolate in one part and mix. Add raspberries to the second part and mix as well. Place the chocolate filling over the biscuit base, then the raspberry filling.
Preparation of ganache:
Heat the sweet cream until almost boiling, then pour it over the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts.
Pour the ganache over the raspberry filling, then leave the cake to cool, preferably overnight.
