Ingredients for the cake (cup of 2.5 dcl):
- 500 ml of liquid yogurt
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups semolina
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 teaspoons of soda
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
Ingredients for the glaze:
- 10 tablespoons of milk
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 1 large spoon of cocoa
- 50 g Table star
Preparation instructions:
Mix all the ingredients for the biscuit with a mixer in one bowl. Let the mixture stand for about 20 minutes. Turn on the oven at 180 C and let it heat up.
Grease a smaller mold, approximately 20*35 cm in size, and sprinkle with semolina. Pour the mixture into the mold, put it in the heated oven and bake it for about 45 minutes.
Prepare the glaze by melting all the ingredients on steam or in the microwave.
Pour the prepared glaze over the hot cake, cool and serve. Serve the cake with whipped cream or berries.
