Recipe:
- 500 g of dried plums (I used plums without pits)
- 200 g of sugar
- 400 ml of water
- Nuts for filling
Preparation:
If you have plums with pits, soak them in warm water to soften them, then remove the pits.
Fill each plum with walnut kernels and place them in a bowl. When you have finished filling, put sugar on top, then water. Put it on the stove at the highest temperature to boil, then reduce it to medium temperature and leave the plums to crunch slightly. After the water has almost completely evaporated, this delicious treat is ready. Do not make it completely without water, because they are more beautiful when there is a little liquid.
I put more walnuts on top.
