Potatoes

 

Recipe:

  • 500 g of flour
  • 2 large spoons of oil
  • 1 small teaspoon of salt
  • 310 ml of warm water
  • 1 kg of potatoes (I weighed them when I peeled them)
  • 1 large onion
  • Vegeta, salt, pepper, oil

 

Preparation of noodles:

Put flour, oil and salt in a bowl and add water a little at a time until you get a fine dough that separates from the bowl, and shape the noodles.
Cover with a cloth and leave for 30 min.
After that, put the dough on a floured work surface and separate it into 2 parts (balls).
First, roll out a 40 to 50 cm diameter noodle, coat it with oil and leave it on the tablecloth for 5 minutes.
After that, roll out the noodles with your hands, the thinner the better.
Preparation of potatoes:
Chop the potatoes and leave them in the water until the noodles are ready. I put it to drain when I start developing. When it is drained, I add onion, salt, vegetables and pepper.
Place the potatoes on the noodles and roll them as in the video. When you assemble the first noodle, do the same procedure with the second one.
I put the pie in a preheated oven at 250 degrees, and bake it until it turns golden brown.

 

Dressing:

200 ml of water, salt and a spoonful of butter or butter
Bring the water to a boil, then pour the hot sauce over the hot pie. Return to the oven for another 5 min. After that, I cover it with a larger pan and wait for the pie to cool down a bit. Cover with sour cream when serving.
