✏️Recipe:
- 1 package of wafers
- 300 g of ground plasma
- 2 cups of sugar (200 ml cup)
- 250 g of margarine (I used half butter, half margarine)
- 2 cups of sour cream (2×180 gr – 18% m.m.)
Preparation:
Mix sugar and plasma. Add the sour cream, then the melted butter and mix well.
Fill wafer sheets (4 tablespoons of filling on each sheet)
At the end, put a large tray on the wafer and, for example, a liter of milk , so that the crusts stick nicely.
Let the wafer stand for 2-3 hours before cutting.
Cut into desired sizes and shapes.
Store in the refrigerator because it will be better, it will be soft at room temperature.
