Plasma roll

 

Ingredients:

Bark:

  • 250 g of egg whites
  • 300 g of crystal sugar
  • 1 spoon of density
  • Juice of half a lemon

Phil:

  • 300g of mascarpone cheese
  • 250 g of white chocolate
  • 350 g of sweet cream
  • 150 g of Ground Plasma

 

Preparation:

1. Step

Melt the sweet cream and white chocolate for the filling, then let them cool well.

2. Step

For the crust, beat the egg whites firmly, then add the sugar spoon by spoon and beat until the sugar melts and you get a firm batter.

3. Step

Add a spoonful of thickeners and lemon juice and combine with a spatula.

4. Step

Spread the crust on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for half an hour at 165 °C.

5. Step

Beat the cooled chocolate with a mixer, add the mascarpone and combine it with Ground Plasma.

6. Step

Immediately transfer the finished crust to the cloth by turning the upper part downwards.

7. Step

Remove the baking paper, wait a minute or two and apply the filling evenly over the entire crust.

8. Step

Twist into a roll and decorate as desired.

9. Step

Leave in the fridge for a few hours before serving.

10. Step

Your cake is ready!
