Ingredients:
Cream:
- 1 liter of milk
- 120 g density
- One bottle of vanilla flavor
- 300 g of granulated sugar
- 300 g of egg yolks
- 500 ml of sweet cream
- 150 g of ground plasma
- 100g of coconut
Bark:
- 10 egg whites
- 100 g of sugar
- 150 g of flour
- 100g Ground Plasma
- 50g ground almonds
Preparation:
1. Step
Mix the egg yolks, sugar and thickener in a large bowl.
2. Step
Boil the milk and vanilla, pour over the eggs and return to the saucepan to cook, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.
3. Step
Add ground plasma and coconut to the cooked cream.
4. Step
Combine the cream, cover with foil and leave to cool.
5. Step
Beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff, then add the plasma, almonds and flour and mix in slowly with a spatula.
6. Step
Divide the crust into two parts and spread the mass evenly on two trays and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
7. Step
Beat the cooled cream with sweet cream.
8. Step
Cut the cooled crusts in half so that you get 4 equal crusts.
9. Step
Apply 1/4 of the cream on the first crust, put the second crust and continue filling until you use up the crust and cream.
10. Step
If desired, decorate with whipped cream, fresh fruit and Ground Plasma.
