Plasma lemon tart

Ingredients:

Tart base:

  • 200g of butter
  • 400g Ground Plasma
  • 50 ml of milk
  • Lemon zest

Cream:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250g of granulated sugar
  • 200 ml of lemon juice
  • 175g of butter
  • 7g of gelatin

Meringue:

  • 100g of egg whites
  • 200g of granulated sugar

 

Preparation:

1. Step

Add milk, ground plasma and lemon peel to the melted butter, mix and pat into a tart shape. Soak the gelatin in cold water to swell.

Cook the sugar and lemon juice over low heat until it begins to boil.

Add the eggs to the boiled juice, stirring constantly. Cook until the mass begins to thicken, then add the butter and stir until it melts completely.

After that, cook for a few more minutes, add the prepared gelatin, mix and fill the desired tart. Put it in the fridge for half an hour, and during that time make the meringue.

Steam the egg whites and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Beat the cooked egg whites until they cool and are whipped into a stiff meringue.
