Ingredients:
- 350 g of ground plasma
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 125 g of butter
- 2-3 tablespoons of milk
Phil:
- 250 g chokeberry jam
- 450 g of milk chocolate
- 125 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 350 ml of sweet cream
Preparation:
1. Step
Pour the ground plasma, sugar, butter and milk into a bowl and mix everything well until you get a crumbly mixture.
2. Step
Pat the resulting mixture into a tart mold with a removable bottom, so that you cover the bottom and edges evenly. Leave the mold in the refrigerator for 45 minutes so that the crust hardens.

In the meantime, prepare the chocolate filling by pouring the chocolate, butter, sugar and sweet cream into a saucepan and melting them over low heat, stirring constantly.
4. Step
Once the ingredients are combined, remove the pan from the heat to allow the mixture to cool. Take the mold out of the fridge and spread the chokeberry jam evenly over the crust, then spread the cooled chocolate filling on top. Return the mold to the refrigerator to allow the chocolate filling to set.
