Plasma ball

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 160 g of crystal sugar
  • 300 g Ground Plasma
  • 100 g of ground hazelnuts
  • 2 apples
  • 150 ml of oil
  • 180 ml of milk
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 bag of baking powder

Frosting:

  • 200 g of milk chocolate
  • 40 ml of oil

 

Preparation:

1. Step

Separate the yolks from the whites.

2. Step

Beat the egg whites firmly, then add sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, oil and baking powder.

3. Step

Peel the apples, grate them and add them to the mixture while whisking with a mixer.

4. Step

Add ground hazelnuts and Ground Plasma.

5. Step

Beat with a mixer, then gradually add milk.

6. Step

Grease the kugloff mold with oil.

7. Step

Pour the mixture into the mold, then bake for about 40 minutes at 180 °C.

8. Step

Leave the cake to cool in the mold, then transfer it to the tray on which you will serve it.

9. Step

Melt the oil and chocolate for the glaze and pour over the cake.

10. Step

Decorate as desired with grated chocolate and Ground Plasma.

11. Step

Your cake is ready!
