Ingredients:
- 10 g of gelatin
- 600 ml of sweet cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 30 g of ground plasma
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- 150 g of butter
Decoration:
- 50 g of Plasma
Preparation:
1. Step
Pour the gelatin into a bowl, cover with half a glass of cold water and let it swell.
2. Step
Pour the sweet cream into a pan together with the sugar and vanilla pod and heat it to about 40 degrees. Remove from heat and add gelatin.
3. Step
Pour half of the resulting mixture into 4 glasses, add a layer of Ground Plasma, then spread the rest of the mixture on top. Put the glasses in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set the mixture.
4. Step
Heat the sweet cream. Dissolve the sugar on low heat. As soon as it melts, remove it from the heat and slowly add the sweet cream, stirring constantly so that no lumps form. Add the butter cut into small pieces and mix until everything is combined.
5. Step
Pour into another bowl and let cool to room temperature.
6. Step
Pour the caramel over the panna cotta that you previously cooled and decorate with Plasma.
