Pancakes

Recipe:

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups of milk (200 ml cup)
• 1 cup of plain or mineral water
• A pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• A pinch of baking powder
• 2.5 cups of flour

Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar, then add other ingredients. Mix the mixture well.
Heat the pan to the highest temperature, then reduce it and make the pancakes. I coat the pan only at the beginning with a little oil (with a napkin).
When I make them all, only then do I paint and decorate them. This time I covered the pancake with nutella and sprinkled it with ground plasma and put nutella and pistachio cream on top.
