Instead of walnuts, I used peanuts, and I put milk chocolate in the recess, and made patterns with white.
✏️Recipe:
- 330 g of dates
- 200 g of ground peanuts (I used in-shell peanuts, you need about 400 g of in-shell peanuts to get 200 g of shelled)
- About 50 g of sesame seeds
- 100 g of milk chocolate
- 50 g of white chocolate
Preparation:
Grind the dates, then add the ground peanuts and mix well.
Divide the mixture into three parts and shape each into a roll.
Cover each roll nicely with sesame seeds, which need to be toasted beforehand. I fried on a pan without oil, mixed with a wooden spoon, and the hotplate was set to 9/9. The sesame seeds should take on a golden color.
Make a slight indentation on each roller with a stick, then widen it with your finger.
Put the melted milk chocolate in the depression, and make sarees with the melted white chocolate on it. Cool until the chocolate hardens, then cut into desired sizes.
Try it and write me your impressions
