✏Recipe:
- 100 g of cottage cheese or margarine
- 75 g of powdered sugar
- 50 g of ground walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
- 125 g of flour
- Nutella or another filling cream
- From this amount, there will be 50 pieces of molds, when they are joined together, there will be 25 pieces of nuts.
- If you want a larger quantity, just double the ingredients.
Preparation:
Mix butter with sugar, add walnuts, then add a little flour mixed with cocoa and mix well.
Separate small pieces of dough and fill the molds, but not to the top, because they will rise a little during baking. Put them in a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Leave the roasted walnuts in the molds to cool, then remove them from the molds.
I did not smear the molds with anything, and I had no problem when removing them.
Just tap the work surface a little, they will fall out.
Spread nutella on both halves, then join them.
Put them in a box and eat
