✏️Recipe:
- 200 g of Nutella
- 1 egg
- 110 g of flour
Preparation:
Mix nutella and egg, then add bran a little at a time and mix. Uniform the mixture, cover with transparent film and leave in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Separate the pieces from the cooled mixture and shape them into balls. I weighed and each ball was 20 gr.
Line up the balls on parchment paper, then make an indentation with a wooden stick.
Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool and fill with nutella, if desired, use hazelnuts in a piece or ground hazelnuts, walnuts…
