Ingredients:
- 200 ml of warm water
- 5 g of yeast
- 2 spoons of sugar (maybe 4 depending on how sweet you want it)
- 50 ml of oil for the dough and 30 ml at the end
- 350 g of flour
For the filling:
- 200 g of ground walnuts
- 1 spoon of cinnamon
- 200 g of crystal sugar
- 100 ml of oil
- 150 g of ground fasting plasma
For the dressing:
- 150 ml of almond milk
- 4 spoons of sugar
Preparation:
1. Step
Pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar, yeast and oil and mix, then add flour and knead the dough (it will still be a little sticky, but now pour a little oil over it and mix). Leave covered in a warm place for an hour.
2. Step
During this time, grind walnuts, mix with sugar, Ground Plasma Fast and cinnamon, then pour oil and mix well so that the oil goes all over (you will get a granular mass, it will not be thin), then let it stand for 40 minutes.
3. Step
Knead the resulting dough slightly with a little flour and divide it into 6 parts. Shape each part slightly and let it rest for 10 minutes on a floured surface.

Roll out each part of the dough into a circle with a diameter of approximately 20 cm.

Brush the first part with a little oil and sprinkle with a sixth of the filling. Put the second dough over it, place it in the middle and stretch the edges with your hand and press them to stick to the bottom dough. Repeat the process with oil and stuffing and so on until you use up the dough and stuffing. Spread oil on top of the dough and sprinkle with ground fasting plasma, then press them with your hand.

Cut the dough into 2cm thick strips.
7. Step
Take one strip, squeeze it with your hand, thin it out further, fold it in the middle, twist it and then put it in a greased baking tray.

When you put them in the tray, leave them to stand for about 15 minutes, then bake them in an oven heated to 200 °C.

Separately, boil 150 ml of almond milk with 4 spoons of sugar, when it boils let it boil for a minute.

Pour this dressing over the baked sticks and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
