✏️Recipe:
- 300 gr of ground plasma
- 100 g of melted butter
- 160 ml of milk
- 500 ml of sweet cream
- 6 pieces of bueno chocolates (3 packs of 2)
- 1 spoon of nutella
- 200 g of abc cheese
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 100 g of milk chocolate
Preparation:
Combine the plasma, butter and milk in one container, then smooth the mixture nicely and press it into a 24 cm mold.
Then prepare the cream:
Mix the cheese with powdered sugar, then add 400 ml of sweet cream and mix with a mixer, but not into a stiff mixture.
Add the nutella and the chocolate chips, previously chopped with a fork, and only then mix into a stiff mixture. Put the cream on the base and leave it to cool.
Ganaz:
heat 100 ml of sweet cream and pour over the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts.
The ganache should not be hot, cool and pour over the cream.
