Kadaif

Ingredients:

  • 300g kadaif
  • 2 spoons of lean margarine
  • 2 spoons of sugar

For the filling base:

  • 1 liter of almond milk
  • a cup of sugar
  • a cup of flour
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 125g of margarine

For Charging:

  • 120g of ground fasting plasma
  • 150g of chopped walnuts
  • 10g of cinnamon

 

 

Preparation:

1. Step

Fry the kadaif, margarine and sugar in a pan, then transfer to a tray and flatten.

Cook the base of the filling by heating the milk, then combine with sugar, flour and vanilla sugar.

Cook, stirring, over low heat for 12 minutes. Remove from heat, and when it cools down, combine with margarine.

Cool completely, then spread over the kadaif evenly in the pan.

When it has “aged”, cut it into long rectangles, and sprinkle it with a mixture of walnuts, cinnamon and ground fasting plasma.
