An ideal dessert for jaffa lovers. Preparation is quick and easy. Be sure to add orange peel because it gives a special aroma.
✏️Recipe:
- 80 g of sugar
- 3 spoons of semolina
- 300 ml of orange juice (4 oranges)
- Peel of an orange
- 300 g of ground plasma
- 150 g of cooking chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of oil
Preparation:
Put sugar, semolina and orange juice in a saucepan, then put it on the stove and stir until the mixture is thick. Transfer the mixture to the plasma container, add the orange peel and mix. Make balls of the desired size, then leave them in the refrigerator while you prepare the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in a steamer with oil, then dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place on baking paper. Leave them in the refrigerator to let the chocolate harden, then use the rest of the chocolate to decorate.
Cool again and then enjoy.
