✏Recipe:
- 1 large spoon of dry yeast
- 1 small spoonful of sugar
- 100 ml of warm milk
- 100 ml of yogurt
- 1 small teaspoon of salt
- 5 large spoons of oil
- 250 g of flour
- Hot dogs/hot dogs – 8 pieces
Preparation:
Put yeast, sugar, 2 small spoons of flour in warm milk, mix and let rise for 5 minutes, then add yogurt, salt, oil and add flour until you get a smooth and fine dough.
Leave the boiled dough in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise
Divide the dough into 4 parts, then divide each part into two again. There will be 8 balls in total
Flour the surface and roll out the buns.
Roll it into a rectangle, put a hot dog at the beginning, and cut the ends into 4-5 parts.
Bake at 250 degrees until golden brown.
Coat the roast with oil.
