Homemade bread (white and buckwheat flour)

 

✏️Recipe:

  • 400 g of white flour
  • 100 g of buckwheat flour
  • 1 spoon of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of seeds as desired
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 350 ml of warm water

Preparation:

Put yeast, sugar, a pinch of flour and a little water in a small bowl. Mix and leave for 5 minutes to rise.
In a deep bowl, mix both types of flour, salt, seeds, then add yeast, oil and gradually add water to knead the dough. Cover the bowl and leave the dough to rise. When you see that the dough has formed, put your hand under water, and with a wet hand, stir the dough and let it rise again. This step is not necessary, but this way your bread will be even better. After the dough has risen again, transfer it to a floured work surface, divide it into two parts and shape it on the flour. Cut the surface of the bread with a knife. Leave the bread in the pan to rise, and during that time, turn on the oven at 200 degrees to heat it up.
Bake the bread until it takes on a nice brown color, then turn off the oven and leave the bread in the hot oven for half an hour.
