Ingredients:
- 220 g of sugar
- 75 ml of water
- 125 g of butter
- 100 g of chocolate
- 100 g of ground walnuts
- 100 g Ground Plasma
- 1 teaspoon of black coffee
For the dressing:
- 150 g of milk / dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Preparation:
1. Step
Make a syrup of sugar and water, and let it boil, stirring, to dissolve the sugar crystals. Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter and chocolate.
2. Step
When melted and combined, add coffee, ground walnut and Plasma. Mix well and let the mixture cool and harden. Half an hour in the fridge is sufficient.
3. Step
Form balls of 15 g each. Push each in the middle with a toothpick to get the shape of a coffee bean.
4. Step
Add two spoons of oil to the melted and cooled chocolate, coat each grain in the chocolate nicely. Remove the excess chocolate on baking paper so that they do not stick to each other after setting.
