Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 500 g of powdered sugar
- A little salt
Preparation:
Beat the egg whites into a stiff mixture, add a little salt. Add powdered sugar a little at a time to the mixture and mix until all the sugar is dissolved.
This mixture should be dried, so it is ideal to bake it at 50° for 7-8 hours.
It can be baked for a shorter time and at a higher temperature, but then it is possible for the mixture to crack and “set down”. If they are baked for a shorter time, they should be left in the oven until they cool down to reduce the risk of cracking.
