Recipe:
- 330 g of dates
- 100 g of almonds
- 100 g cashews
- 100 g of milk chocolate
- 50 g of cooking chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Preparation:
Grind cashews and almonds, then add dates and mix everything together.
Shape the cookies, then dip them in pre-melted chocolate with oil (melt the chocolate in steam).
Leave the cookies to cool, so that the chocolate hardens, then decorate them as desired. I melted 50 g of white chocolate and made lines on one end of the cookies. I sprinkled ground pistachios over the white chocolate.
