✏️Recipe:
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 50 g of margarine
- 150 g of cooking chocolate
- 180 g of flour
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa
- Powdered sugar for rolling
- Crystal sugar for rolling
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate in steam and cool.
Melt the margarine and also cool it.
Combine chocolate and margarine, and beat with a mixer, add sugar, vanilla flavoring, eggs and mix well. At the end, add flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder.
Mix the mixture with a mixer, cover with transparent film and leave in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.
When the mixture has cooled, take a portion of the mixture with a spoon and make walnut-sized balls and roll them first in crystal sugar, then in powdered sugar.
Place the balls on parchment paper, leaving a space in between because they expand during baking.
Bake them in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. When they cool down, transfer them to a box/bowl with a lid
