✏️Recipe:
- 300 g of ground biscuits
- 100 g of melted butter
- 160 ml of milk
- 500 ml of sweet cream
- 200 g of abc cheese
- 8 spoons of powdered sugar
- 300 g of milk chocolate (100 for filling, 100 for ganache and 100 for decoration)
Preparation:
Combine the plasma and two spoons of powdered sugar in one container, add butter and milk, then smooth the mixture nicely and press it into a 24 cm mold.
Then prepare the cream:
Mix the cheese with 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar, then add 400 ml of sweet cream and mix with a mixer, but not into stiff whipped cream.
Add the previously melted and cooled chocolate (100 g) and only then mix it into stiff whipped cream. Put the cream on the base and leave to cool.
Ganache:
Heat 100 ml of sweet cream and pour over the chocolate (100 g). Stir occasionally until the chocolate melts.
Cool the ganache so that it is not hot and pour it over the cream. Leave in the fridge, preferably overnight. Decorate with one chocolate and ground plasma.
