Recipe:
- 500 g of ground biscuit
- 150 g of melted butter
- 300 ml of squeezed orange juice
- 70 ml of sweet cream
- 50 g of milk chocolate
- 10 bananas
Ganache:
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- 100 g of milk chocolate
- 100 g of cooking chocolate
Preparation:
Add melted butter and orange juice to the container with biscuits, then mix. Heat 70 ml of sweet cream and pour over 50 g of chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts. Add the melted chocolate to the biscuit mixture, then mix again. Add sliced bananas and mix lightly with a spatula. Transfer the mixture to a mold size 26 cm.
Ganache:
Heat the sweet cream until almost boiling. Then pour over the broken chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts. Pour the ganache over the biscuit base and leave to cool, preferably overnight.
