Ingredients:
- 150g Ground Plasma
- 2 full spoons of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 100g of butter
- If the mold is larger in diameter, double the ingredients for the base
- Plasma 300g
- 600g cheese spread
- 500g of sweet cream (for whipped cream)
- 200g of white chocolate
- 150g dark chocolate for cooking
- For a mold with a larger diameter, it is not necessary to increase the amount of ingredients for the cream. The cake will be slightly lower, that is, of “normal” height.
Preparation:
1. Step
Mix Ground Plasma, powdered sugar, cocoa and melted butter with a spoon
2. Step
Put the base in the mold (or on the cake stand on which you lay the edge of the mold), spread it out and press it with a glass.
3. Step
Press the whole Plasma Biscuits along the edge of the base to the inner border of the mold, gently so that they do not break, but still stand upright in the base.
4. Step
In a deep bowl (so that it does not splash out), mix the cheese spread and the sweet cream for the whipped cream until it is only half the texture of the whipped cream, then separate into two bowls.
5. Step
Melt the white chocolate over steam or in the microwave, add to the first bowl with half of the cream and mix briefly.
6. Step
Melt the dark chocolate in a steamer or in the microwave, add it to another bowl and mix briefly again. After adding the melted chocolate, mix until you get the texture you want. I prefer a texture between cream and whipped cream, like a mousse. Note that it will still firm up in the fridge.
7. Step
You can spread light and dark cream one over the other on the base, and you can also make a marble effect like mine.
8. Step
For a marble effect, alternately layer a spoonful of dark cream and a spoonful of light cream on the base, then use a knife to pass through it making swirls. For a smaller diameter mold, do this in two rows, and for a larger diameter mold in one row.
9. Step
If desired, leave some cream to make a decoration on top, like mine with “tears”. For her, I put the cream on the tip of the knife and then pull a little to get the look of a tear, and so alternately with both creams. You can also just smooth the surface on top and, if desired, sprinkle with Ground Plasma.
10. Step
The cake is chilled for 3 hours or longer.
