Recipe:
- 300 gr of ground plasma
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 100 g of melted butter or margarine
- 160 ml of milk
Cream:
- 400 ml of sweet cream/sweet cream
- 200 g of abc cheese or whipped cream
- 6 spoons of powdered sugar
- 200 g of strawberries (finely cut)
Ganaz:
- 100 ml of sweet cream
- 200 g of white chocolate
Preparation:
Combine biscuits, sugar, melted butter and milk in a bowl, then smooth the mixture nicely and press into a 24 cm mold.
Cream:
Mix the cheese with powdered sugar, then add 400 ml of sweet pavlama, and mix into a stiff mixture. At the end, add strawberries and mix the mixture with a spatula.
Put the prepared cream in the mold over the crust.
Ganaz:
Pour 200 g of white chocolate over 100 ml of sweet cream (the cream should be heated almost to boiling point). Stir the chocolate and cream until the chocolate is completely melted.
Cool the ganache, it can be slightly warm, not hot, and pour over the cream.
Decorate as desired, when the cake has cooled.
