Cheesecake with blueberries and white chocolate

 

✏️Recipe:

  • 300 gr of ground plasma
  • 100 g of melted butter or margarine
  • 160 ml of milk

Cream:

  • 400 ml of sweet cream/sweet cream
  • 200 g of abc cheese
  • 6 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 200 g of blueberries
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Ganaz:

  • 100 ml of sweet cream
  • 200 g of white chocolate

Preparation:

First prepare the blueberries. Put blueberries, lemon juice and 50 g of sugar in a bowl. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 2-3 min.
After that, mix the blueberries with a stick mixer, blend or mash with the puree, then leave to cool.
Combine biscuits, melted butter and milk in a bowl, then smooth the mixture nicely and press into a 24 cm mold.

Cream:

Mix the cheese with powdered sugar, then 400 ml of sweet cream, and mix into a stiff mixture. Add the cooled blueberries, then mix again until the mixture is nicely uniform.
Put the prepared cream in the mold over the crust.

Ganaz:

Pour 200 g of white chocolate with 100 ml of sweet cream (the cream should be heated almost to boiling point). Stir the chocolate and cream until the chocolate is completely melted.
Cool the ganache, it can be slightly warm, not hot, and pour over the cream.
Decorate as desired, when the cake has cooled.
