✏️Recipe:

  • 1 large spoon of dry yeast
  • 2 small spoons of sugar
  • 200 ml of warm milk
  • 200 ml of yogurt
  • 2 small teaspoons of salt
  • 5 large spoons of oil
  • 500 gr of flour

Preparation:

Add yeast, sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour to the warm milk, mix and let rise for 5 minutes, then add yogurt, salt, oil and add flour until you get a smooth and fine dough.
Leave the boiled dough in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise

Divide the dough into 2 parts, then again each part into three parts. There will be 6 balls in total.
Roll out each ball to a length of 40-50 cm. Connect 3 parts and weave a braid. Do the same with the other 3 balls. Leave the braids to rise in the pan for about 15 minutes, coat with milk, then sprinkle with seeds as desired

Bake at 200 degrees until golden, then turn off the oven and leave the braids in a warm oven for 15 minutes.
Coat the roast with oil
