Bounty chocolates

 

✏️Recipe:

  • 200 g of coconut
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 100 g of powdered milk
  • 100 ml of sweet cream

Preparation:

Sweet cream should not be whipped.
Just combine the ingredients, mix well and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then form chocolate bars.
Make a shape like a persimmon or lokum
This quantity makes 20 or 22 chocolate bars.
Frosting:
100 g of milk chocolate
100 g of cooking chocolate
3 large spoons of oil
Melt the chocolate with oil in steam, then dip the chocolate bars and remove them on a grid or baking paper, so that the excess chocolate can be saved from them.
This time I put them on baking paper and when they set, I removed the excess chocolate around them with a knife.
When you have finished dipping them in chocolate, leave them to cool.
Since I had some chocolate left over, I put it in a freezer bag at one end and made it like a syringe, cut off the top of the bag and made these chocolate bars.
