BLACKWALD PLASMA CUPS

 

Ingredients:

Crumble:

  • 100 g of ground plasma
  • 50 g of oatmeal
  • 20 g of chopped almonds
  • 15 g of cocoa
  • 10 g of sugar
  • 40 g of butter
  • A spoonful of honey

Dark chocolate mousse:

  • 100 g of egg whites
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 100 g of sweet cream

Cherry layer:

  • 200 g of frozen, cleaned cherries
  • 50 g of crystal sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 30 ml of water

Also required:

  • 150 ml of sweet cream

Decoration:

  • Fresh or frozen cherries
  • broken pieces of Plasma

 

Preparation:

 

1. Step

Put all the ingredients for the crumble in a blender.

2. Step

Blend until the mass becomes loose.

3. Step

Transfer the crumble to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C. After baking, let it cool down.

4. Step

Boil the cherries, water and sugar and leave to cool.

5. Step

Melt the chocolate in steam.

6. Step

Beat the sweet cream 60-70% so that it is not too stiff and set aside.

7. Step

Beat the egg whites firmly, add the melted chocolate and mix well.

8. Step

Add the sweet cream and combine.

9. Step

Place two spoons of cooled crumble on the bottom of the glass.

10. Step

Place a spoonful of cooked cherries on top of the crumble.

11. Step

Pour the chocolate mousse up to two-thirds of the glass.

12. Step

Whip the sweet cream, then put it over the chocolate filling.

13. Step

Sprinkle with pieces of Plasma and add a few more fresh or frozen cherries.
