Ingredients:
Substrate:
- 150 g of Ground Plasma
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 150 g of melted butter
Cream:
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 g of sugar
- 50 g of corn starch
- 600 ml of milk
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla paste
- 60 g of butter
- 1 banana
Decoration:
- 300 g of whipped cream
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoon of peanuts
- 1 teaspoon of Ground Plasma
Preparation:
1. Step
In a small bowl, mix Ground Plasma and sugar. Stir the melted butter into the mixture. Place the biscuit crust in a 22 cm diameter cake or pie tin and spread evenly. Press the glass well against the bottom and edges. Transfer to the preheated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. Step
Place the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon. Add the milk and vanilla paste to the pot. Wait for the milk to boil, then slowly pour the boiled milk into the egg mixture, stirring regularly with a spoon. Pour the mixture back into the pot. Return to the heat and wait for the mixture to boil, then cook on low heat for 4 minutes. Pour the cream into a bowl and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3. Step
Beat the cold cubed butter with a mixer into the vanilla cream. Spread four tablespoons of cream on the cooled baked base. Arrange slices of one banana over the cream. Spread the remaining cream over the banana. Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Step
Take the pie out of the fridge and spread the whipped cream evenly over it. Arrange banana slices, peanuts and sprinkle with Ground Plasma. Cut into pieces and serve.
