Ingredients:
- 150 g of butter
- 250 g of ground plasma
- 400 g of white chocolate
- 90 ml of milk
- 600 g of cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 180 g of crystal sugar

- 50 g of ground plasma
- 200 g of strawberries
- 100 g of blueberries
- Peppermint
Preparation:
1. Step
Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place a 21-23 cm round mold in it, also lined with paper.

Melt the butter and mix it with ground plasma, combine and form the crust in the mold.
3. Step
Break the white chocolate in a deep bowl.
4. Step
Heat the milk, pour it over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.

In another bowl, combine the eggs and sugar, then add the cream cheese and mix well with a spatula so that no lumps remain. Do not beat with a wire so that the mass does not dilute

When you have mixed the cream cheese, eggs and sugar well, add the melted chocolate and mix.

Pour over the crust and sprinkle evenly with plasma.

Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 °C until the cake turns a dark golden color.

Let it cool for a couple of hours in the mold.

Cut the cake and before serving, decorate with strawberries, blueberries and mint.
