Recipe:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar (100 ml cup)
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 baking powder
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- 50 g of grated chocolate
- 100 ml of milk for biscuits
- Bananas
Preparation:
Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Then add oil, milk and mix. Add the dry ingredients and finally mix the mixture well. Transfer the mixture to the mold. 26, then bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees. Before taking the biscuit out of the oven, check with a toothpick whether it is cooked.
Cool the biscuit, then make a slight indentation on the biscuit. Soak the biscuit on the tray with 100 ml of milk. Chop the biscuit that we took out. Arrange the bananas on top of the biscuits on the tray, and then add the whipped cream (200 ml) to the grated chocolate.
Shape the cream into a dome shape, then put the crushed biscuit on top. It is best to leave the cake overnight in the refrigerator.
