Ingredients:
- 200 g of beef
- corn tortillas
- 1 red onion
- spices: ground pepper, chili pepper, garlic, turmeric
- 150 g of grated smoked cheese
- salad: chopped red onion, cucumber, tomato
- chili mayonnaise
Preparation:
Sauté the meat with onions, and towards the end add all the ground spices. Meanwhile, cut the tortillas into quarters and place them in a mini muffin tin. Fill them with meat and put grated cheese on top and bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C. When everything is baked, set it aside to cool and then pour Chili Mayonnaise or Ultra Hot Chili Mayonnaise over it.
