Spicy Salsa Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh chili peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 400g of minced meat
  • 500g of salsa sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of dried ground chili peppers
  • Pasta of your choice
  • Salt / pepper / spices / parmesan as desired

 

 

Preparation:

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and add one chopped red onion. When the onions turn golden yellow, add chopped fresh chillies to the pan until they release their aromas. After a few minutes, add the minced meat to the vegetables and stew everything together until the meat takes on a golden brown color. Then, add the Salsa sauce to the pan and leave it on low heat for about 25 minutes. During this time, on another fire, prepare the pasta of your choice. After all the ingredients are combined, and the meat and pasta are ready, add a spoonful of dried ground chili peppers and pre-cooked pasta to the sauce. Add spices as desired and enjoy!
