Canapes with truffle mayonnaise, smoked salmon and cucumbers

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of rye toast
  • 90 g Zvijezda mayonnaise with black truffle flavor
  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 g of smoked salmon
  • 3 – 4 radishes
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • beetroot sprouts

 

Preparation:

Using a round cutter, cut the rye toast into circles and spread each piece with a little mayonnaise.

Wash the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into thin strips. You can do this with a sharp knife or a potato peeler.

Cut the smoked salmon and radishes into smaller pieces.

Take one strip of sliced ​​cucumber and spread it with a teaspoon of mayonnaise.

Place a piece of salmon, radish and capers on one end of the cucumber. Carefully roll everything into a roll.

Repeat the process with the remaining cucumbers.

Arrange the cucumber and salmon rolls on the prepared rounds of rye toast. Garnish everything with a little more mayonnaise, a few capers and beetroot sprouts.

Serve canapés well chilled.
