Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 50 g of sugar
- 20 g of plasma, chopped into pieces
- 30 g of ground plasma
- finely grated orange peel

- 9 egg yolks
- 100 g of sugar
- 20 g density
- 1 vanilla sugar
- finely grated orange peel
- 500 ml of milk
- 200 g of butter
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 70 g of ground plasma
- 70 g of plasma, chopped into pieces

Preparation:
1. Step
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a round mold with a diameter of 24 cm with baking paper.
2. Step
Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff. Gradually add sugar, whisking all the time. Then add ground plasma, chopped plasma and finely grated orange peel, then mix everything with a spatula.
3. Step
Spread the mixture into a round mold with a diameter of 24 cm. Bake for 20 minutes. Make two more such crusts and refrigerate.
4. Step
For the filling, mix egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, pulp and orange peel. Whisk briefly to combine.
5. Step
Heat the milk almost to boiling. Add 100 ml of heated milk to the beaten egg yolks and mix well to warm the egg yolks. Transfer the egg yolks to the heated milk and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove from heat, transfer to a clean bowl, cover with cling film and let cool at room temperature.
6. Step
Beat the cooled filling with a mixer, gradually adding butter at room temperature. Add the mascarpone cheese in the same way, then divide the filling into three equal parts. Leave one part as it is. Add Ground Plasma to the second, Chopped Plasma to the third.
7. Step
Fill the skins with fillings in the following order: filling with chopped plasma, filling with ground plasma, filling without plasma.
8. Step
Leave in the fridge for a few hours, then decorate with whipped cream and ground plasma as desired.
