Triangle cake

 

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of finely chopped hazelnuts
  • 100 g of finely chopped almonds
  • 100 g Ground Plasma
  • 125 g of butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 75 ml of sweet, unsweetened cream
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 200 g of chocolate

For the dressing:

  • 50 g of milk chocolate

 

Preparation:

1. Step

Put butter in a saucepan and wait for it to melt at a lower temperature, add sugar to it, then increase the temperature a little and stir all the time to dissolve the sugar crystals, then add unwhipped sweet cream and honey, mix, add chocolate, mix until everything is combined do not dissolve completely.

2. Step

Remove from heat, then add Ground Plasma, hazelnut and almond. Mix and pour into the mold that you previously covered with transparent foil (the amount of mixture is enough for two molds of this type, so you can also halve it)

3. Step

Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours to harden, then gently remove it from the mold and cover it with melted milk chocolate.
