✏️Recipe:
- 250 ml of warm milk
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 large spoon of yeast
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 380 gr of flour
To coat:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 spoon of oil
Preparation:
Add sugar, yeast, a spoonful of flour to the warm milk, mix and let it rise for 5 minutes.
Add yeast, oil, and salt to the flour and add flour a little at a time until you get a fine and smooth dough.
Knead the dough on a floured surface, shape it nicely and leave it to rise.
Gently remove the risen dough from the bowl and place it on baking paper, separate it with your hands, cover it with a cloth and leave it to rise again.
Make sarees on the risen dough with your hands, each time dipping your fingers in a mixture of eggs, milk and oil.
After you have made the saree, coat everything nicely with a brush.
Sprinkle the ends with sesame seeds, and the inside with chervil.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
